Who makes your microbrews?
Our Master Brewer is Clement Gan. Born in Singapore and educated in South Korea, Clement has an expert knowledge of fermentation and food sciences as well as a passion for pushing boundaries and a true love of beer!
Can I host a private event at 11°?
