NATH Bunheng

Personal Trainer

Bunheng specializes in strength training and fat loss, functional training and body alignment, as well as nutrition. With 1.5 years of experience as a personal trainer, he is able to create tailored training programs and holistic fitness routines adjusted to clients’ goals and progress.

EN Dara

Yoga Instructor

Dara has practiced yoga for more than 15 years, completing her teacher training in Canada and in Japan. She has taught yoga at gyms, NGOs, and festivals both in Cambodia and overseas, and is the founder of Karuna Yoga Phnom Penh. Dara believes the connection between mind, body and soul is sacred, and aims to nurture it through her uplifting classes.

CHIM Liza

Yoga Instructor

Liza started her yoga journey in early 2018, completing her teacher training in 2020. Since then, she has taught in gyms, NGOs and in community sessions. From the very beginning of her practice, she felt calmer and stronger, both mentally and physically. Liza is passionate about sharing this experience with her students.
